baji9999 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context requires otherwise:

• "baji9999", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the baji9999 platform, its operators, and affiliated entities operating the service at baji9999.bio.
• "Member", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on the baji9999 platform and accepted these Terms.
• "Platform" — refers to the baji9999 website, mobile web interface, and any associated digital services made available to members.
• "Account" — refers to the personal, non-transferable account created by a member upon successful registration on baji9999.
• "Wallet Balance" — refers to the sum of real-money funds and eligible bonus credits held within a member's baji9999 account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts granted by baji9999 subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and address verification, required before withdrawals are processed.
• "PKR" — refers to Pakistani Rupees, the native transaction currency of the baji9999 platform.
• "Prohibited Activity" — any conduct listed under Section 9 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the baji9999 platform.

By accessing the baji9999 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the baji9999 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Membership of baji9999 is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the period of membership:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as members.

• You may hold only one (1) registered account on the baji9999 platform. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of baji9999 or any of its associated entities.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme that covers the baji9999 platform at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.

baji9999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

Each baji9999 member is responsible for the security and activity of their own account. You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party under any circumstances.

baji9999 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from baji9999 that requests your password should be reported to our support team immediately and treated as fraudulent.

• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not carried out by you personally.
• You must notify baji9999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• baji9999 may suspend or lock an account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to suspect it has been compromised or is being used in violation of these Terms.
• Inactive accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of Rs 200, deducted from any remaining wallet balance, unless the balance is zero.

baji9999 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods listed on the platform. All deposits are credited to your wallet balance subject to successful transaction confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

baji9999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The account name on your payment method must match the name on your registered baji9999 account. Deposits originating from unverified or mismatched sources may be reversed and the funds returned to the originating account.

Withdrawal of funds from a baji9999 account is subject to the following conditions:

• The member's account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request is approved.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the member's own name that matches their baji9999 account details.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before real-money withdrawal is permitted.
• baji9999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) business day. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval.
• baji9999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rs 50,000, which may extend the standard processing timeline.

baji9999 will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including national public holidays or system maintenance windows.

baji9999 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback credits, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the PSL. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to specified wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• The standard wagering requirement for baji9999 bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: sports betting typically contributes 100%, live casino games contribute 20%, and slots contribute 100% unless otherwise specified.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member, per household, and per device.
• baji9999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to fair treatment of members who have already commenced wagering on that promotion.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to lock in guaranteed profits — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
• Bonus credits have an expiry period stated in individual promotion terms. Unclaimed or expired bonus credits will be removed from the account automatically.

All bets placed and games played on the baji9999 platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, as published within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule shall prevail for that product only.

• All bets are final once confirmed. baji9999 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet under any circumstances, except where an obvious platform error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error that results in an incorrect payout, baji9999 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the member's wallet.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or market page and are subject to change.
• baji9999 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close the account of any member who is identified as placing bets in a manner inconsistent with recreational gambling patterns, including but not limited to professional arbitrage betting.
• Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to network latency. baji9999 cannot guarantee that all live bets are placed before the relevant event or point in play has concluded, and reserves the right to void bets placed after the relevant outcome has been determined.

For cricket betting specifically, all match and series results are determined according to the official scorecard published by the relevant governing cricket board (e.g., PCB, ICC). In the event of a tie or no result, void rules apply as specified in the individual market terms displayed on the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji9999 platform. Any member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended and any wallet balance frozen pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other members.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Using the baji9999 platform to launder money or conduct any transaction related to criminal activity.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for financial gain.
• Providing false, misleading, or forged documentation during the KYC verification process.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties, including syndicate betting arrangements not disclosed to baji9999.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at baji9999 staff or other members.

All content published on the baji9999 platform — including but not limited to the baji9999 brand name, logo, website design, software code, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of baji9999 or its licensed content providers.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the baji9999 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any baji9999 content without express prior written consent from baji9999.

Any unauthorised use of baji9999 intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baji9999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the baji9999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, or errors.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

• Any decision by baji9999 to void, suspend, or settle a bet in accordance with these Terms or applicable product rules.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence on the part of baji9999, to the extent such exclusions are prohibited by law.
